Jo O’Donoghue 4 July 2017

Jo O’Donoghue was born near Killarney in County Kerry and educated in UCC and TCD. She now lives in Dublin. She is a publisher and has published several books of non-fiction, including a critical study of the novelist Brian Moore and (with Sean McMahon) Brewer’s Dictionary of Irish Phrase and Fable.

Eiléan Ní Chuilleanáin 28 June 2017

Eiléan Ní Chuilleanáin was born in Cork in 1942. She is a poet and Professor Emeritus with English in Trinity College Dublin; having taught there since 1966, she retired in 2011 and still gives lectures from time to time. She was elected Irish Professor of Poetry for 2016–2019.

Caoimhe Nic Lochlainn

Dr. Caoimhe Nic Lochlainn is a lecturer at Fiontar & Scoil na Gaeilge in DCU. Her research focus is mainly on children’s literature. She is a board member of the Irish Society for the Study of Children’s Literature. She has published academic works on the retelling of Irish folklore and mythology, as well as on the general history of children in Irish culture.
